Business Analyst II, Procurement

Duties and Responsibilities

• Apply understanding of business analysis and project management methodologies and techniques to ensure the successful implementation of projects

• Work with business groups to translate business needs into requirements, supporting in identifying effective business solutions

• Prepare insights for analysis to help identify the root cause of problems, deficiencies and/or gaps

• Present business insights and recommendations as per business requirements

Knowledge and Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience or master's with 4-8 years of experience or PhD with 2-5 years of experience

• Proven facilitation and problem-solving skills

• Experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints while keeping the end user needs at top of mind

• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals

• Ability to quickly learn about business domains and how they function

• Advanced knowledge of excel including data modelling techniques

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
