What you need to know about this position:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the future of our Protein & Energy Bar business, working on Canada's top brands such as Clif! As a part of this role, you will have chance to lead the team on a broad scope of projects to build your marketing and leadership skills:
- Brand Strategies: Develop long term vision and strategies to grow the Clif Bar portfolio anchored in consumer needs by collaborating with key cross functional partners.
- Execution with excellence: lead our cross-functional team to deliver end to end execution excellence from commercialisation all the way to customer presentation and in-market execution.
- Bring insights and analysis into action: become the champion of consumer needs! Proactively monitor brand performance along with key competitors across the market to identify growth opportunities, and work with partners to provide recommendations.
- Business acumen: lead the team to profitable growth by leveraging all levers of the P&L
- Portfolio strategy: facilitate brand strategy development locally and globally to guide the future of Clif in Canada
- Brand building and In-store activation: build brand equity of our Clif portfolio in Canada by developing remarkable creative & media working with our agency partners.
- Cross-functional leadership. Cultivate a growth mindset and strong working relationships with both internal (Sales, R&D, Supply, Revenue Growth Management, Insights & Analytics, Sales planning, E-commerce) and external partners (agencies, packaging designs).
- Innovation and Renovation: build long term pipeline of consumer first and customer centric innovation (format, flavors, beyond the core) & renovation. Proactively lead the team to drive both short- and long-term development.
- People management: lead, develop, coach, and engage the team by building a culture of high performance & strong connections.
