As a Brand Designer at Hiive, you will be at the creative centre of our organization, transforming our complex business into a cohesive visual identity that solidifies us as the leaders in our space. You will have the creative freedom to explore multiple directions for every project and will work closely with our executive team to develop Hiive’s unique personality. As one of the first members of our marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to shape both your own journey and the journey of the marketing organization. In this role, your responsibilities would include:

  • Evolving Hiive’s visual creative identity to meet the growth of the business.

  • Developing visual assets for digital elements across places such as our website, ads, and social media, as well as physical assets that we need occasionally.

  • Supporting our rebranding project and guiding it’s implementation across our business.

  • Converting Hiive’s multiple audiences into different visual journeys.

  • Bonus: Ability to create animations and basic videos.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of design, brand and/or marketing work.

  • Exceptional attention to pixel-level detail.

  • A deep portfolio showing a wide range of different techniques across various mediums.

  • Experience communicating product features visually.

  • Exception projection management and prioritization skill.

  • Ability to communicate design direction to cross-functional teammates.

  • Self starter who identifies areas where we can improve our design.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Fintech, or another complex industry.

  • Experience with unique data visualization techniques.

  • Animation and/or Video editing ability.
