About The Role

EliseAI is looking for a Brand and Community Lead to craft and amplify our narrative in the startup and venture ecosystem. You will develop and implement a branding strategy that showcases our mission, culture, and impact. You will manage PR, coordinate executive engagements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen our industry presence. Your efforts will ensure that our messaging attracts top talent and reinforces our reputation as a mission-driven leader in the AI space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that tells the story of life at EliseAI – highlight our mission, culture, and team through engaging narratives on our careers site, blog, and social channels

  • Identify and coordinate speaking opportunities, podcasts, and events for our executives

  • Identify strategic PR opportunities and manage press engagement in a lean way – maintain relationships with industry media, handle press releases for major milestones, and seek high-impact speaking engagements

  • Partner with cross-functional teams like engineering, product, and marketing teams to surface and publicize success stories, technical breakthroughs, and culture highlights that boost our credibility

  • Partner with our Talent Acquisition team to align content with hiring needs; ensure that our messaging to candidates is consistent and compelling throughout the candidate journey

  • Manage our external content cadence – from blog posts to social media – to steadily increase engagement with technical audiences and the startup community

  • Ensure every external touchpoint (website, newsletters, announcements) reinforces EliseAI’s brand values and technical vision, helping establish our reputation as an industry leader

  • Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in branding, community, or content roles in tech/startup environments

  • Exceptional ability to think strategically about brand and narrative – you’ve shaped messaging at a high level and can guide a company’s public story across channels

  • Familiarity with the startup and venture ecosystem; you stay on top of industry trends and have an eye for what stories will resonate with talent

  • Experience managing content on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and tech forums; know-how in growing and engaging an audience through authentic storytelling and dialogue

  • Ability to grasp and communicate technical topics in a relatable way – you can turn complex engineering work into stories that inspire and inform prospective candidates

  • Self-directed and proactive. You can identify great story opportunities within the company, pursue them with minimal guidance, and drive projects to completion in a fast-moving environment

  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $175,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
