What You’ll Do
Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake through offer and onboarding coordination.
Partner closely with hiring leaders and HR to align hiring strategies with workforce plans and business priorities.
Proactively identify, engage, and nurture passive and active candidates, building strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor activity to inform hiring decisions.
Deliver an exceptional, high-touch experience for candidates and hiring leaders.
Champion inclusive and equitable hiring practices aligned with employment legislation and corporate governance standards.
Manage recruitment activity within ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Phenom, etc.), ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and reporting.
Track key recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement in quality of hire, time-to-fill, and process efficiency.
Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success
Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) required.
4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a high-growth or multi-location environment.
Prior recruitment experience within the insurance or financial services industry, with an understanding of sector-specific roles and regulatory environments, is an asset.
Demonstrated ability to partner consultatively with hiring leaders and influence hiring decisions.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with high attention to detail.
Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented, fast-paced, and evolving environment
Genuine passion for recruiting and delivering exceptional candidate and hiring leader experiences.
Experience using ATS/CRM platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter) preferred.
Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for training, team meetings, or business needs (less than 10%)

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
