Join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our Azure cloud infrastructure. As an Azure Cloud Operations and SRE Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of automating processes, resolving incidents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Architect, deploy, and manage secure, scalable Azure cloud solutions. 

  • Automate operational tasks, incident response workflows, and Salesforce/Jira integrations. 

  • Streamline CI/CD processes using Jenkins. 

  • Proactively identify and resolve production incidents. 

  • Implement and maintain OS patch management for Windows and SUSE systems. 

  • Perform application, AKS, Kubernetes, and OpenShift upgrades. 

  • Uphold security protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations. 

  • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to optimize system performance. 

  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering  

  • Proven expertise in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. 

  • In-depth knowledge of Azure services, AKS, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep). 

  • Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages (Ansible, Python). 

  • Hands-on experience with containerization and monitoring solutions. 

  • Solid understanding of High Availability/Fault Tolerant systems, security best practices, and Salesforce/Jira automation. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Azure certification (AZ-104 or AZ-400). 

  • Familiarity with various deployment strategies. 

  • Experience with AWS and/or GCP environments.
