We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Associate Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This temporary hire will play a crucial role in supporting our recruiting efforts, assisting with administrative tasks, managing interview scheduling, utilizing Greenhouse ATS, sourcing candidates, and handling full-cycle recruiting for designated smaller departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including data entry, interview scheduling, and event coordination. 
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Utilize Greenhouse ATS to manage candidate pipelines, update candidate records, and track recruiting metrics.
  • Actively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for smaller departments, from initial requisition to offer extension.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist with other recruiting-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within a human resources or recruiting department within the VFX or Animation industry. 
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Greenhouse experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • A proactive and collaborative attitude with a strong desire to learn and contribute.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $52,000 - 71,500/yr. Benefits are per company policy: which include healthcare, tuition reimbursement, RRSP's, Sick and Vacation leave, standard increases as applicable. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
