We are looking for a results-driven Product Manager who thrives on creating innovative solutions and delivering exceptional user experiences. This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity to provide maternity leave coverage. The anticipated contract term is from August 17, 2026 through September 3, 2027. To ensure a smooth transition, the successful candidate will ideally begin up to two weeks prior to August 17, 2026 for onboarding and knowledge transfer.

Location:

This position offers remote work from the comfort of your home, with occasional in-office requirements at our office located on the 800 block of Powell Street, Vancouver, BC. Candidates in the greater Vancouver area will be given first consideration, followed by those in other parts of British Columbia, and then across Canada.

Responsibilities:

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Collaborate with relevant teams across the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives and priorities.

· Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clearly communicating product updates, timelines, and priorities.

Data-Driven Product Development

· Support the definition, monitoring, and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with company objectives to measure product success.

· Use data insights to inform product decisions, identify opportunities, and prioritize enhancements.

User-Centric Advocacy

· Listen to our participants’ concerns and ideas, ensuring user needs and opportunities for improvement are considered and evaluated through the product manager workflow to determine feasibility and potential implementation.

· Develop detailed user personas to guide product decisions and resonate with target audiences.

Agile Product Management

· Participate and help faciliate Agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

· Maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog that reflects business priorities and team capacity.

Market Awareness

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

· Identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in the product space.

Problem Solving and Execution

· Proactively address challenges during development and deployment, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility, user needs, and business goals.

· Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and ensure the product meets quality standards.

Communication and Leadership

· Maintain detailed documentation for product features, requirements, and updates.

· Provide regular progress reports and presentations to leadership and stakeholders.

· Drive initiatives from ideation to completion with minimal oversight.

Product Strategy & Panning

· Define and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with the company's mission and strategic goals.

· Inspire cross-functional teams to embrace and execute on this vision, fostering a shared sense of purpose.

· Advocate for long-term product innovation while balancing short-term deliverables.

Go-to-Market Execution

· Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective product launch plans, messaging, and materials.

· Ensure successful launches by coordinating cross-functional efforts.

What You Bring:

· 2+ years of product management experience, ideally with mobile applications or consumer-facing products, and experience supporting products through multiple stages of the product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and iteration.

· Strong analytical skills that enable you to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive product success.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to create clear documentation and effectively present ideas to stakeholders.

· Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, balancing user needs, technical feasibility and business goals.

· A self-starter mindset, thriving in fact-paced, dynamic environments with a passion for user experience and a commitment to continuous learning.

· Attention to detail combined with strategic focus on achieving big-picture goals.

· A collaborative approach to working across teams and building strong relationships, coupled with empathy for end-users and a drive to advocate their needs.

· Proficiency with tools like Jira, Figma, and Notion.

· Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.

Bonus

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly valued and would make your application stand out.

· A keen interest or experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

· Familiarity with gamification concepts or prior experience in the gaming industry.

· A background in drone technology, with preference given to candidates with hands-on flying experience.
