As an Associate, Execution Services, you will be a key part of our transaction execution and client services team. Reporting to the Director, Execution Services, you will coordinate and supervise the processes that support transaction execution from initial handshake through to closing. You will work closely with buyers, sellers, issuers, legal counsel, and internal departments to ensure efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and excellent client service.
In this role, your responsibilities would include:

Coordinating transaction execution and issuer support initiatives, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Managing communication with buyers, sellers, and legal counsel to provide updates, address inquiries, and resolve any issues during the transaction process.

Maintaining standardized agreements and communication templates to support all execution services.

Compiling and organizing documents, preparing signature packages, and securing all necessary approvals and signatures for transaction closings.

Overseeing and maintaining transaction records and information in Hiive’s CRM and related systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Supporting the compliance team by gathering and verifying documents needed for KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and other regulatory requirements.

Assisting the Finance team by tracking transaction settlements, verifying revenue data, and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting related to completed deals.

Participating in the development and continuous improvement of operational processes, providing feedback to enhance platform features and internal workflows.

Supervising administrative and support tasks related to transaction execution to maintain service excellence and compliance.
Required Skills:

3-5+ years of experience working in any fast-paced corporate setting.

SIE and Series 7 FINRA exam licensing.

An undergraduate degree in a relevant area, ideally in commerce/business, or economics, with a strong academic record.

Excellent attention to detail, resourcefulness, and speed of execution.

Strong multi-tasking skills.

Ability to communicate priorities and deadlines with internal and external stakeholders and build constructive high-trust relationships across teams and functions.

Experience in transactional work with high volumes of transaction documents, such as M&A, capital markets, or corporate finance.

Experience in a client-facing role.
