About the Role: Do you want to have an impact on delivering best-in-class digital experiences in the Diabetes space? As the Associate Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the build and executional elements of the digital marketing communication plan. You will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with our brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of:

    • Email marketing campaigns and deploys

    • Website updates and content optimization

    • Digital ad creative and online campaigns

    • Organic social media content creation and management

    • Field sales tools to support HCP engagement

    • Key KPIs, evaluation metrics, and performance benchmarks for all programs

  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to develop engaging content for HCP marketing communications.

  • Assist in implementing regional/global campaigns and scaling best practices across international markets.

  • Assist with digital launch activities, digital education events, and online marketing initiatives to drive HCP engagement.

  • Leverage technical skills to update websites, implement and deploy email campaigns, and support new digital tools/integrations.

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize digital marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Country Marketing, Legal, Medical, Regulatory, and agency partners to ensure compliance and effectiveness in all digital efforts.

Skills and Competencies

  • Demonstrated relevant experience in marketing (Experience with HCPs a plus).

  • Understanding of digital marketing, including best practices for SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, and associated KPIs.

  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading abilities.

  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to take on more responsibility.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.

Education and Experience

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred field of study: Marketing)

  • Experience working in marketing with an understanding of digital marketing, including best practices for SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, and associated KPIs

Preferred

  • Experience in a highly regulated environment (Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Consumer Healthcare).

  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as Veeva Vault and/or Salesforce

  • Bilingual in English, German, French, or Spanish

Physical Requirements

  • Travel may be up to 10% per quarter for meetings, tradeshows, and conferences.
