What you’ll do

Assist with the annual planning and organization of work related to pension plan administration

Participate in the production and verification of related work
-
Train and coach other team members
-
Manage and monitor budget
-
Enhance client satisfaction by attentively addressing their needs and promptly responding to the requests of clients, members, and trustees

Assist team in executing a variety of special projects

Propose methods for enhancing our processes
What you bring
-
Minimum of 4 years’ of relevant experience in DB pension administration
-
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, administration, economics, actuarial science or other relevant training
-
Exceptional collaborator with team members, stakeholders, and clients
-
Incisive analytical thinking and attention to detail

Well-organized and resourceful
-
Strong communication and collaborative skills

Highly developed customer service skills

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, bilingualism considered an asset

Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, as well as other Microsoft suite products (Outlook, Word, OneNote)
