The primary role of the IT Support function is to provide technical support to employees experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies. Key deliverables include utilizing BMC & Jira software for logging caller requests and assigning / escalating issues where needed.

As an Associate Analyst, IT Support, you will be on-site in Halifax, Nova Scotia at our ResMed office. Reporting into the IT Support Team Lead - Americas, you will deliver an extraordinary customer experience and IT support to all Resmedians, making their lives easier by supporting them quickly and effectively. We are small, mighty, and global, which allows you to learn new things and build your skills while collaborating with an awesome team!

Let's talk about the role

  • Active Directory/Entra ID/Okta Management
  • Deliver prompt and customer-focused solutions to IT support requests through effective triage and prioritization.
  • On-site support at our Resmed Halifax office
  • Phone and Ticket support globally.
  • Deploying and supporting IT hardware
  • On-call rotation
  • Support Audio/Visual and conference rooms, Windows/Mac operating systems, mobile devices, Office 365 tools, and software.
  • Collaborate on projects and operations within a global team.
  • Performing other projects and duties as assigned
