We are seeking an Recruitment Assistant to join our team and support our global recruitment processes. The successful candidate will assist in the recruitment of top talent world-wide in a 360 role. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation, including preparing paperwork, scheduling training sessions, and setting up new employee files.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing paperwork, maintaining employee records, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment or HR-related field preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
