ResponsibilitiesYou’ll be part of an innovative ASIC design team contributing to the development of leading-edge chips, gaining hands-on experience in design automation, synthesis, and rule-checking in a collaborative environment.
You will
- Collaborate with a world-class ASIC design team, focusing on Coherent Optics market chips.
- Develop and implement an efficient ASIC flow, ensuring optimal design processes.
- Create and optimize scripts for design automation, enhancing productivity.
- Perform synthesis and rule checking, ensuring design integrity and compliance.
- Assist in various design tasks as needed, contributing to the overall project success.
- Engage in knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in ASIC design.
- Support the team in achieving project milestones and goals.
You have
- Proficiency in Python or other programming/scripting languages, with solid hands-on experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, enabling strong collaboration across teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A genuine passion for technology and motivation to contribute to cutting-edge innovations.
Nice to have
- Academic or practical experience in ASIC design through coursework, projects, or internships.
- Familiarity with Synopsys Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools.
- Knowledge of Verilog or System Verilog for digital design tasks.
- Exposure to machine learning concepts or neural networks.
