Overnight schedule, 40 hours weekly.
Location: Best for applicants who live in or near Hollywood, Studio City and surrounding areas. You must be able to travel to both Pacoima, CA and South Los Angeles, CA.
What you'll do
- Provide armed security for a county yard overnight
- Patrol the property on foot and check gates, fencing, vehicles and equipment
- Write clear daily activity and incident reports
- Respond to alarms and incidents, and contact police or emergency services when needed
- Provide professional, courteous service to county staff
Available Schedule: Tuesday - Wednesday 8:00pm-4:00am (Pacoima, CA) & Saturday 8:00am-4:00pm, Sunday 12:00am - 6:00am + Sunday 10:00pm - 6:00am (South Los Angeles, CA)
38 hours weekly, this schedule is considered Full-Time.

- 18 or older (21 or older to carry a firearm under California law)
- Valid California BSIS Guard Card and BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit
- Baton permit, pepper spray certification and CPR/First Aid
- Your own duty firearm, baton and pepper spray (the company does not provide them)
- Valid California driver's license with a clean 3-year driving record
- Reliable transportation to both Pacoima, CA and South Los Angeles, CA
- Able to write clear reports in English and use a smartphone for daily activity reports
