Analytics Implementation Engineer 

Do you have a passion for data and analytics, especially in the digital space? 

As an analytics implementation engineer on the data technology team, you will play a critical role in enabling data collection for key business objectives and improving our web & app analytics implementation. You will be involved in the entire implementation process and play an active role in helping to define and execute our data technology roadmap. 

We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you’ll do: 

  • Work cross-functionally with analysts, agile development teams and business stakeholders to ensure tracking is in place for key business objectives.
  • Implement and manage marketing & analytics tags across multiple platforms, including Adobe, Google and other third-party tools.
  • Develop, document, and implement best practices for data collection with a focus on continuously improving and automating our implementation.
  • End-to-end development and execution of tagging, while adhering to technology, architecture, security and governance standards.
  • Support our A/B testing and personalization program, including user support and troubleshooting for setting up tests, building audiences, tracking validation, and optimizing our standards & processes.
  • Work with legal and data engineering teams to ensure that data collection is compliant with legislation such as GDPR and Bill C64.

What we’re looking for: 

  • 4+ years’ experience designing and implementing analytics solutions across web and app.
  • Expertise in adobe analytics implementation using adobe launch, with google analytics and google ad manager (GAM) being ideal.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, react/react native, firebase for custom tagging, data validation, and integration with analytics platforms.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise data layers/workflows and data governance strategies.
  • Experience with debuggers and audit tools such as charles, observe point and developer console.

Annualized Compensation Range

$95,000.00 - $105,000.00

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
