As an Analyst, Fund Services, you will support the day-to-day fund operations, ensure the smooth execution of key processes, and support fund investors through the entire investment process. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow within the pre-IPO investing industry.

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

  • Onboarding investors into Hiive funds via the Hiive platform, assist with fund subscription process, and work towards efficient investment fund closes.

  • Helping manage investor inbox to triage questions, working directly with fund investors. In some cases, this will require cross-functional collaboration to find solutions to complex issues.

  • Assisting with fund formation, SEC filings, and states filings.

  • Helping monitor and support the fund’s compliance with relevant regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

  • Maintaining and updating fund and investor records in internal systems.

  • Working with Finance to ensure the ongoing integrity of our revenue pipeline and the seamless settlement of transactions.

  • Partnering with our in-house Product team to deliver customer feedback and provide insight into how the product can be improved.

  • Supporting the Director, Funds Services with developing and implementing new processes and policies.

Required Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in finance, fintech, or investment services. Familiarity with private equity or venture capital funds is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Experience in a customer-facing role.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excitement about the mission of Hiive and the future we’re creating.

Preferable Experience:

  • Experience in transactional work with high volumes of transaction documents, such as M&A, capital markets, or corporate finance.

  • Experience with single-asset funds or VC fund investments.

  • Experience working within or partnering with FinTech firms, understanding how to influence product and engineering teams to build systems to systematize and automate repeatable processes.
