  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and the brand stores/outlets to provide insight into retail functions and processes
  • Helping to identify regional shortages and overages for the Open To Buy process
  • Creating stock transfers and/or return authorizations in season to maximize sales and at season’s end, to send product back to the distribution centers or to outlet locations
  • Liaising with the warehouse, stores, and merchandising teams to help coordinate smooth integration of replenishment and seasonal product drops
  • Identifying issues and gaps in process and supporting the team to help find resolutions
  • Assisting with preparation of management reports and historical re-caps to analyze and communicate business performance
  • Partnering with Merchants, Visual Merchandise Planners, and the Store Design team to ensure new store opening timing is aligned and a work back plan is in place for inventory
  • Supporting the team with additional tasks as required to help achieve company objectives
  • Traveling as required for store visits
  • Upholding Fair Labor Association’s Workplace Code of Conduct and Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing, throughout the Arc’teryx supply chain

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

  • Collaborating with new store opening teams to facilitate smooth stock reservation, reporting and delivery for an increasing number of brand stores
