ABOUT THE ROLE

Herschel Supply Co. is looking for an Allocation & Purchasing Coordinator to join our Demand Planning & Purchasing team. This role makes a real impact as you’ll be at the centre of how product moves through our business, supporting store performance, inventory health, and the flow of goods from suppliers to the hands of our customers.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, retail stores, suppliers, and vendors to ensure product is allocated accurately, purchase orders are processed smoothly, and inventory remains balanced and reliable. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

We are a community of creators who believe the best work happens when we’re in it together; that’s why we collaborate in-person at our Vancouver HQ Monday through Thursday, with Friday being flexible to work from home.

  • Communicate with suppliers regarding units, delivery schedules, and order updates.

Inventory Control
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions.

  • Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies.

  • Monitor stock levels to prevent overstock or stockouts.

ABOUT YOU
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience in allocation, purchasing, or supply planning.

  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and inventory control.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Experience working with an ERP system is an asset.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
