Job Description:

Adoption Specialist

Solventum is seeking a Clinician Solution Adoption Specialist for its Canadian Health Information Systems team. This role combines customer adoption, workflow optimization, training, change management, customer success, and solution optimization services for Solventum's Clinician Productivity Solutions portfolio, including Fluency Direct and related physician productivity solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to drive adoption, improve clinician workflows, maximize solution utilization, and achieve measurable customer outcomes.

As a Clinician Solution Adoption Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative healthcare organizations across Canada. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Collaborating with Canadian customers and internal Solventum teams to support adoption, optimization, and customer success objectives.
  • Assessing current-state clinician workflows and validating future-state workflows that improve provider efficiency and documentation quality.
  • Developing and executing customer adoption plans, success metrics, and optimization strategies.
  • Delivering customer training, workflow assessments, readiness sessions, and post-go-live optimization reviews.
  • Monitoring utilization trends, identifying adoption barriers, and recommending best practices to improve outcomes.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clinicians, operational leaders, and IT stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Partnering with Product Management and Development teams to bring forward customer feedback and enhancement opportunities.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of adoption playbooks, training materials, customer success programs, and implementation methodologies.
Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting healthcare technology, clinical applications, customer success, implementation, training, or workflow optimization.
  • Minimum two (2) years of customer-facing experience in healthcare consulting, adoption, training, or implementation.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 

  • Experience with speech recognition, physician documentation, CAPD, CDI, or clinician productivity solutions.
  • Experience with Solventum solutions including Fluency Direct or other clinician workflow technologies.
  • Experience working with Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, MEDITECH, Altera Health, or other clinical systems.
  • Experience supporting healthcare transformation, clinician engagement, user adoption, and change management initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Canadian healthcare operations and clinical documentation workflows.
  • Experience delivering presentations, training, and workflow workshops to clinical and operational stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites across Canada as required.

Work Location: Remote - Canada

Travel: Up to 25% travel within Canada

Employment Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.

Applicable to Canadian Applicants. The expected compensation range for this position is $110,224 - $136,784 CAD, which reflects the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as a candidate’s experience, skills, training, and work location, in alignment with Canadian pay equity and pay transparency requirements. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation components (e.g., incentive programs) and a comprehensive suite of benefits available to employees in Canada.
