Sterling Lexicon specializes in global mobility solutions for international employees, executives and group relocations worldwide. We offer our international clients and their seconded employees services in the areas of immigration, relocation and relocation in over 180 destinations.
Sterling Lexicon is looking for working students (m/f/d) as administrative support for our relocation team in Kelsterbach/Frankfurt. You will work in a dynamic team and, together with the relocation consultants, support our international clients and their employees in global assignments.
Your tasks
• Maintenance of databases and accounting system
• Supporting the relocation team in the service provision for our global customers
• Collaborate with other teams and customers
• Involvement in office management
• Own projects as part of the service provided by the relocation team
Your skills
• "Can do" attitude, adaptability and reliability
• Strong planning and time management
• Strong communication skills
• High degree of teamwork, willingness to work with various contacts inside and outside the organization
• Strong interest in dealing with people from different cultures
• Very good written and spoken English and German skills
