You will
- Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple entities — including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Prepare and review partnership equity interest calculation
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and assist with electronic banking administration as required
- Prepare subledger and general ledger reconciliations, supporting schedules, and working papers
- Review the monthly and annual GST returns
- Prepare multi-level consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures
- Support quarterly and annual financial reporting, including working papers and disclosures
- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation as required.
- Maintain accurate financial records and organized supporting documentation.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to efficiency initiatives across the accounting function.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as needed
You have
- Experience working for a complex multi-entity organization, including exposure to consolidated financial statements
- A CPA designation (an asset)
- Strong understanding of ASPE, experience with REALpac (an asset)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills — you enjoy being part of a team that learns and grows together.
- Real Estate industry experience (an asset)

Salary Range
- $75,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
