As an Account Manager, you will prioritize building relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and promoting account growth. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and objectives, and provide solutions that align with their goals. 

You will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing their needs and ensuring satisfaction
  • Develop and implement account strategies to grow existing accounts and explore new opportunities within 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions to help them achieve their goals
  • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and alignment on client goals
  • Analyze account data to identify trends and opportunities 
  • Meet or exceed targets, contributing to overall team and company performance
  • Other duties as assigned

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of Payment sales experience in expanding business with existing clients
  • Strong record of building and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven ability to learn and insatiable curiosity for how problems can be solved through technology
  • An entrepreneurial attitude. You look for better ways to work and are willing to get your hands dirty in solving complex problems 
  • A collaborative teammate that will thrive in our fluid, fast-paced, multifaceted, scaling environment
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and values accountability

Salary range: Base $120k - $140k, Commission $60k, OTE -  $180k - $200k  based on experience, geography and other key factors
