KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute national sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets across Canada, aligning with seasonal campaigns and channel priorities.
- Sales Execution: Implement and manage sales strategies across retail and distribution channels to maximize product placement and promotion effectiveness.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with large-scale customers and distribution partners, securing favorable terms for volume deals, pricing, and promotional commitments.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key sales metrics, analyze market trends, and provide actionable, data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and inform decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with local and global teams to ensure alignment on regional initiatives, product launches, and inventory planning.
- Growth Opportunity Identification: Research, evaluate, and act on new sales channels, partnerships, and customer segments to increase market share and drive revenue.

Job Requirements:
- A strong passion for robotics and consumer electronics.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in national or regional sales roles.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales pipeline management tools.
- In-depth understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- A customer-focused approach with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- A data-driven mindset with a keen ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Education & Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- A background in consumer electronics, technology, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing a diverse product portfolio across multiple sales channels is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Canadian retailers such as Costco, Canadian Tire, Best Buy, Walmart, Lowe’s, The Home Depot, RONA, and Home Hardware is preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
