About the Role & Team
Join a high-performing Vancouver-based sales team that has spent the past several years building a strong presence and reputation in the Western Canadian media landscape. As a tight-knit team of three, we’ve grown the business from the ground up and established deep, long-standing relationships with agencies and brands across the region.

Our success has been driven by consistent market presence, strong client partnerships, and a reputation for delivering thoughtful, results-driven media solutions. We operate in a highly competitive environment where trust, credibility, and relationship depth are critical.

About the Work 

We’re looking for an Account Executive to take ownership of revenue across Western Canada, with a primary focus on strengthening and growing our presence within the Vancouver agency and brand community.

This is a relationship-driven, market-facing role where success is built on reputation, consistent client engagement, and the ability to add value beyond the transaction. You will be expected to maintain a strong and visible presence in the market, deepen existing partnerships, and compete effectively in an increasingly competitive landscape.

In addition, this role will identify and develop new business opportunities in under-represented Western Canadian markets (including Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and surrounding regions), where proactive outreach and initiative can unlock incremental growth.

  • Proactively build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with agency and brand partners across Western Canada, with a primary focus on Vancouver
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic account development, consistent client engagement, and high-quality service
  • Maintain an active and visible presence in the Vancouver market through frequent in-person meetings, industry events, and client entertainment, including evenings
  • Represent theScore in the market with professionalism, credibility, and a strong understanding of client needs
  • Develop thoughtful, insight-driven media proposals aligned with client objectives, budgets, and KPIs
  • Clearly articulate and defend recommendations to agency partners and clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in underdeveloped Western Canadian markets through travel, outreach, and relationship building
  • Regularly travel to markets such as Calgary, Edmonton, and others to build relationships and uncover new opportunities
  • Manage your territory autonomously, balancing relationship management, revenue growth, and pipeline development

About You 

  • 3+ years of digital sales or relevant experience
  • Demonstrated success in digital media sales or a related field, or clear evidence of strong performance in a client-facing or commercial role, with the ability to build trusted relationships and contribute to revenue growth
  • Strong reputation within the Vancouver agency and brand community, where trust, credibility, and consistent presence are essential to success
  • Proven ability to navigate agency environments and work effectively with planners and buyers
  • Comfortable working in a role that requires frequent in-person meetings, client entertainment, and ongoing engagement outside of standard business hours
  • Proven track record of reaching sales targets and revenue goals
  • Strong knowledge of digital media environment
  • Experienced presenter
  • Excellent communicator, written and verbal
  • In-depth understanding of mobile technologies and marketplace
  • Detail-oriented, assertive self-starter
  • Passionate about sports!

What We Offer

  • The On-Target-Earnings (OTE) is $125K+ for this role, this includes base salary, as well as group and individual commission incentive.

Salary Range
$60,000$68,000 CAD
