The Role:
As an Account Executive at Lantern, you'll be a critical part of our growth journey as we transform how companies generate pipeline through our AI-powered Revenue Intelligence Platform. You'll own the full sales cycle from qualification to close, partnering with our founding team to define and execute our go-to-market strategy while building valuable relationships with revenue leaders across SaaS, Insurance, and Banking industries.

What You'll Do:

Own the full sales cycle for companies with established revenue teams generating $10M+ ARR across SaaS, Insurance, and Banking sectors

Conduct compelling product demonstrations focusing on our system of AI agents and how they transform signal-based selling

Partner closely with prospects to understand their unique revenue challenges and craft tailored solutions

Navigate complex buying committees, including Revenue Operations Leaders, VPs of Sales/CROs, and Marketing Operations Leaders

Collaborate closely with our Solutions team to ensure smooth customer deployment and implementation

Consistently forecast and deliver against quarterly targets

Provide market feedback to help shape our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy

Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and develop compelling sales collateral

Help establish sales processes and best practices as we scale our team
What You Bring:
-
3+ years of successful B2B sales closing experience, preferably selling to revenue operations, sales, or marketing teams in SaaS, Insurance, or Banking

Strong understanding of revenue operations, sales tech stacks, and the challenges facing modern sales organizations

Experience with consultative sales approaches and value-based selling

Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota

Experience selling emerging technologies, AI solutions, or data platforms (preferred)

Strong collaboration skills for working with technical teams during customer implementation
