As an Account Executive for Workvivo, you will manage an enterprise sales cycle. This includes outbound lead generation, customer engagement, business case development and contract negotiation. You will grow awareness, adoption, and deployment of Workvivo across new prospects, current Zoom customers and through our reseller network.

Workvivo is looking for top sales professionals to support global expansion and improve customer and employee experiences. The position requires delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with clients to ensure outstanding employee experiences. Responsibilities

  • Achieving revenue targets in a priority region for growth within Workvivo

  • Overseeing enterprise and commercial sales, including lead generation, regional team collaboration, customer engagement, business case development, and contract negotiation. The ideal candidate will manage the entire sales cycle and drive business growth.

  • Strategizing and execute lead generation activities along with the Sales Development and Marketing Teams to ensure every company knows about Workvivo.

  • Working closely with the Solutions Consulting team to understand client challenges. Demonstrating the effectiveness of our solutions in addressing client needs. Enhancing the impact of our solutions on client businesses.

  • Delivering engaging product demonstrations, delight our customers with industry & market knowledge and run effective business meetings aligned with the Workvivo value proposition.

  • Coordinating internal partners to proactively support our customers in an evaluation process  Being proactive and manage pipeline and forecast accurately to build a trusted sales organization

What we’re looking for

  • 8+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Sales/Account Executive experience in a technology company (HR Tech/Employee Experience)

  • Have experience in business forecasting, pipeline development and people management skills

  • Experience selling Cloud solutions and conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging

  • Direct SaaS/Cloud/Platform selling experience

  • Have inbound and outbound sales experience with company sizes of 10,000 employees

  • Have Direct SaaS/ Cloud selling experience SaaS video or web conferencing solutions selling experience

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$174 500,00

Maximum:

$389 400,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
