We need an English-fluent Digital Marketing Specialist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Monitor trends and analytics to refine strategies and improve engagement.
- Plan, design, and manage email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
- Segment audiences for personalized outreach and lead nurturing.
- Track key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Build and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to develop content that drives conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot to track campaign success.
- Conduct A/B testing for email subject lines, ad creatives, and landing pages.
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Strong Experience with HubSpot as a primary tool for Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategy plans, aligning with the company's established goals.
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $2,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
