Leads analytical method development and phase-appropriate validation for GMP biotherapeutic manufacturing. Serves as analytical team lead and subject matter expert for biochemical characterization, analytical control strategies, potency assays, and QC release methods for multispecific antibodies and ADCs. Collaborates with CDMOs and cross-functional teams, troubleshoots technical issues, supports IND and BLA submissions, authors technical documentation, and ensures compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.

Lead and support project management for early-stage clinical programs: implement a matrixed product development team, track timelines and budgets, run cross-functional meetings, identify risks and contingencies, liaise with internal and external partners, and oversee program budgets and forecasts to advance programs toward Phase I/II trials.

Lead technical owner for G&A enterprise systems and integrations (NetSuite, Coupa, HRIS). Configure, script, build middleware/ETL integrations, uphold SDLC and SOX ITGC controls, manage vendors, run upgrades, root-cause complex issues, maintain documentation and run workshops to drive automation, optimization, and adoption.
