Manage inbound and outbound sales via phone, email, and in person; develop customer relationships; identify upsell opportunities; process orders and payments; arrange deliveries and follow up on order status; prospect for new leads and resolve order issues.

Responsible for growing sales within assigned customer base, prospecting for new accounts, and enhancing customer success through effective relationship management and sales initiatives.

Support on-site customer programs by setting up new customers, processing and picking/packing orders, maintaining site logs, resolving issues, promoting vending solutions, and performing light physical work. Track metrics, attend customer meetings, and escalate implementation problems to management.

The Inside Sales Representative facilitates the sales process, generates new opportunities, provides customer service, and manages sales orders, while ensuring compliance with company policies.
