The Campaign Manager is responsible for the setup, execution, and management of digital advertising campaigns, analyzing performance, and providing optimization recommendations to meet client objectives.

As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will develop and oversee advertising strategies for clients, optimize campaigns, mentor junior staff, and analyze performance metrics.

Support media planning, campaign strategy, budget allocation, reporting, and client communication across a portfolio of accounts. Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute programmatic, search, and social campaigns, monitor pacing and performance, and prepare client-facing reports. Manage timelines, documentation, and day-to-day client needs while supporting senior account leads on larger accounts.

Lead full-cycle business development to drive new revenue: prospecting, relationship building, proposals, negotiation and closing. Shape growth strategy, build partnerships, coach a BDR, and scale BD processes while collaborating with marketing and client services to meet pipeline and revenue targets.
