The Email and SMS Strategist manages client relationships and develops, executes, and optimizes email and SMS marketing strategies for eCommerce brands. Responsibilities include campaign production, automation logic, segmentation, list growth, A/B testing, reporting, performance analysis, client communication, creative collaboration, and project coordination. The role is fully remote and requires collaboration across strategy, design, copy, and e-commerce teams during standard business hours in a U.S. time zone.
