Build test plans, configure environments, analyze results, support root-cause analysis, coordinate integration and commissioning activities, manage requirements and configuration, and support project teams through system handover and go-live. Frequent travel for site commissioning and testing is required.

Manage hardware, software (PLC/PC), networks, electrical design, documentation, subcontractors, commissioning, safety coordination, client communication, and project delivery on schedule and budget.

Perform 3-D simulation studies of material handling systems to validate performance, identify bottlenecks, optimize controls, and support sales and R&D. Develop models and algorithms, report findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
