Analyze business rules and requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, configure interfaces, document processes, support testing, provide knowledge transfer, and advise customers on system functionality and industry-specific processes. Collaborate with project managers to meet implementation milestones and completion dates. Requires bilingual French and English communication and travel of up to 25%.

Implement UKG Ready payroll solutions for new customers, advising on best practices, configuring solutions, importing and formatting data, creating custom reports, troubleshooting issues, and managing implementation milestones. The role serves as a UKG Ready subject-matter expert, communicates project status, improves delivery processes, collaborates cross-functionally, and mentors peers. Candidates must have payroll experience, technical troubleshooting ability, and fluency in English and French.
