Supervise fund accounting Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, payment batches, vendor administration, reconciliations, controls, and period-end close activities. Review transactions, resolve discrepancies, support audits, coach team members, and improve AP processes, systems, automation, and service standards across a multi-fund, multi-entity environment.

Underwrite commercial real estate loan opportunities by analyzing borrower and sponsor financials, property valuations, market data, collateral, risks, and sensitivities. Build financial models, coordinate due diligence with internal and external stakeholders, recommend risk mitigants, support loan renewals and modifications, and contribute to process improvements. The role is office-based in Vancouver with occasional travel.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, liquidity management, financial modeling, KPI reporting, and management analysis. Partners with business functions and executives to support planning, investment decisions, M&A analysis, and cash flow management. Develops dashboards, databases, and automated reporting using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI while maintaining portfolio and fund-level financial models.
