Processes shareholder sales requests and securities transfers, validates documentation, maintains secure records, executes settlements, reconciles cash, and distributes proceeds. Responds to shareholder and representative inquiries, researches historical records, supports share issuances and physical securities distribution, manages document logistics, and maintains compliance procedures. The role also supports operational controls, risk management, reporting, and process improvement while collaborating with internal teams.

The Senior Network Engineer will implement and maintain network infrastructure, lead projects, provide technical support, and mentor junior engineers in a hybrid role.

Lead a compensation team and serve as senior compensation advisor for assigned business units. Design and implement compensation solutions, manage market surveys, ensure US pay compliance (FLSA, state pay equity, pay transparency), lead compensation projects and Workday compensation configuration, partner cross-functionally with HR, TA, Finance and HR Tech, and develop people and capability within the Total Rewards function.

Serve as a client-facing listings reviewer for TSXV: analyze and approve listing submissions, prepare memos and presentations, review IFRS financial statements, ensure compliance with exchange rules, liaise with Compliance and Disclosure, provide guidance to issuers and advisors, support projects, billing, training, and relationship management.

Client-facing role to review and approve TSXV issuer submissions, prepare memos and recommendations for the Executive Listings Committee, review legal opinions and corporate records for compliance, liaise with Compliance and stakeholders, provide policy guidance, participate in projects and training, and ensure accurate fee billing and collection.
