Lead and execute 2D and 3D motion design projects from concept to delivery. Create styleframes, storyboards, and animations, solve creative/technical challenges, collaborate with directors and producers, mentor junior designers, estimate effort, and maintain high craft and consistency across deliverables.

Design brand identities, visual and scalable design systems, and high-fidelity digital and experiential interfaces. Translate concepts and wireframes into polished assets, create design documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, present concepts, manage multiple projects, and support production to final delivery while staying current on trends.

Support creation of visual design across web, mobile, campaigns, and brand systems. Produce layouts, style frames, and assets for motion and interactive experiences. Maintain a welcoming, organized Vancouver office by handling daily cleanliness, supplies, mail/shipments, vendor coordination, swag inventory, event and travel booking coordination, onboarding support, and guest hospitality. Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are stocked and presentable, manage budgets and cost comparisons, and support culture and employee experience initiatives.

Support day-to-day accounting: review and process expense reports, enter vendor bills, maintain and reconcile credit card records, assist accounts payable/receivable, prepare month-end journal entries and account reconciliations, and maintain organized accounting files.
