Designs, balances, and iterates on progression systems, currencies, rewards, monetization, and other live-game economies. Investigates complex problems, builds spreadsheet models, defines hypotheses and success metrics, and leads initiatives through implementation, launch, analysis, and ongoing iteration. Collaborates with Product, Engineering, Creative, Community, and design teams while monitoring player sentiment and free-to-play market trends. The role also improves design tools and processes, participates in live-ops support, and mentors other designers.
