Set up and manage traffic control zones to protect workers and the public. Install and adjust work zone equipment, give clear traffic directions, attend safety meetings, document incidents, and report hazards. Maintain valid BC TCP certification and wear required PPE while working outdoors across the Lower Mainland.

Support financial operations by maintaining and reconciling records, processing transactions (AP/AR/payroll), preparing and analyzing financial reports, managing expenses, supporting audits and tax compliance, and using accounting software to improve processes.

Set up and manage traffic control zones to protect workers and the public, operate work zone equipment, communicate directions, follow safety procedures, complete required documentation, attend safety meetings, and maintain a current BC TCP certification.

Manage accounts receivable across multiple companies: invoice issuance, payment application, reconciliations, collections, dispute resolution, reporting, daily cash receipts and bank deposits, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to resolve billing issues.

Process and issue payroll, calculate wages and deductions, reconcile discrepancies, maintain payroll and leave records, support employees on payroll matters, and assist with HRIS implementation and testing to ensure compliance with regulations.
