Lead the long-term software vision, strategy, and roadmap across machine vision, imaging, AI, machine learning, workflow automation, and 3D products. Influence product managers and align software priorities with hardware, customer, and business objectives. Develop licensing and recurring-revenue strategies, engage customers and partners, evaluate build-or-buy opportunities, and track adoption, revenue, profitability, and satisfaction while ensuring cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance alignment.

Serves as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers, supporting employee lifecycle activities, employee relations, accommodations, performance management, compliance, training, compensation, recruitment, and engagement. Coaches managers, analyzes HR data, conducts exit interviews, and contributes to cross-functional HR projects that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Manage paid promotions, editorial relationships, SEO, Google Ads, content syndication, and AI-driven discoverability to drive awareness and demand. Build media plans, run multi-channel campaigns, measure performance, optimize conversions, and report insights across channels.
