Seeking a strong DataStage developer with a minimum of 2 years of DataStage development experience. This is an onsite, purely development role; designs are provided internally.

Lead Siebel CRM implementations and consulting: gather requirements, map functions, run workshops, perform gap analysis, design functional architecture, create test cases/scripts, manage testing/user training, and drive change management across full life-cycle Siebel projects.

Design and deliver user experiences and interfaces with 3+ years' UX/interaction/web design experience. Maintain an online portfolio, work in Agile environments (preferred), and use source control (Subversion). Formal education in design or HCI or equivalent professional experience required.

Provide technical and functional PeopleSoft HR/Payroll support: analyze and document requirements, interfaces, customizations and upgrades; perform fit-gap analysis; design, develop, unit test and document solutions; support integration and server installations; transfer knowledge to the project team.

Administer and manage InfoSphere on Unix platforms. Requires strong hands-on knowledge of InfoSphere products (DataStage, QualityStage, Information Services Director, Information Analyzer, Metadata Workbench, FastTrack, Business Glossary). WAS and MQ experience are nice-to-have. Responsibilities include platform maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting, and collaborating with technical teams.

Expert-level role focused on Oracle Enterprise Single Sign-On (ESSO). Responsibilities likely include designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting ESSO integrations, authentication flows, and troubleshooting identity and access management issues across enterprise applications.

Develop and maintain large Aion v11 applications: design/implement GUI windows, implement RACF security, manage Aion object configuration with Serena PVCS, provide production support, translate relational schemas into object models, work on structured teams, and manage small-to-medium project components.

Lead migration and upgrade of InfoSphere MDM (8.5 to 9.1) on Unix. Provide technical expertise across InfoSphere products, guide and coordinate with ICBC staff, and apply project management during the upgrade/migration.

Provide support and maintenance for an existing Oracle IAM suite implementation (OIM/OAM/OVD). Troubleshoot, configure, and sustain R1/R2 releases, work with WebLogic, and optionally support Java development integrations.

Senior administrator responsible for managing InfoSphere on Unix. Requires deep InfoSphere product knowledge (DataStage, QualityStage, IS Director, Information Analyzer, MetaData Workbench, FastTrack, Business Glossary). WebSphere Application Server and MQ experience are nice-to-have.

Provide installation, maintenance, upgrade and support for IBM IMS environments (V11–V13), use BMC IMF and related BMC tools to monitor and troubleshoot IMS transactions, liaise with Operations and developers to ensure availability and performance, and provide on-call support.

Design, architect, and implement ETL/ data integration solutions using DataStage and IBM InfoSphere/DB2. Provide ETL architecture leadership and leverage 5+ years of experience to deliver robust data integration systems.

Gather and document requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, author requirement and design documents, collaborate across SDLC, triage client issues, plan releases, create training materials and deliver client training, maintain client relationships, travel to client sites, and mentor internal staff.

Work on Oracle Identity Manager 11g implementations and support, perform Java development, and administer/deploy on WebLogic. Provide ongoing support and maintenance.
