Manages a regional employee benefits book of business for employer groups, serving as the primary client contact. Responsibilities include case submissions, renewals, amendments, plan recommendations, enrollment support, client and broker meetings, relationship management, and promoting additional coverage and products. The role collaborates with sales representatives, brokers, employers, policyholders, and vendors, requiring negotiation, independent decision-making, customer service, and a current Life and Disability insurance license.

Sell voluntary group and life insurance (including long-term care) across an assigned Southern California territory. Build and maintain broker and agency relationships, recruit and train producers, support enrollment technology and product guidance, collaborate with internal teams to meet production goals, analyze market trends, and drive profitable premium growth. Requires frequent travel within the territory.
