Manage enterprise customer relationships, develop success plans, lead business reviews, guide onboarding and platform adoption, mitigate risks, support renewals and expansion, and advocate for customer needs. Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales teams to drive customer outcomes and engagement across a portfolio of strategic accounts.

Lead enterprise Staffbase implementations from onboarding through growth, managing project plans, resources, risks, and customer communications. Translate customer requirements into platform solutions, oversee deployment, change management, adoption, training, and best practices, and troubleshoot implementation issues. Partner with Sales and Customer Success on scoping, Statements of Work, architecture integration, and expansion opportunities. Provide customer feedback internally while maintaining strong product and account management expertise.
