Manages software development projects from planning through delivery, coordinating Product, internal teams, and external partners. Responsibilities include resource scheduling, roadmap ticket management, stakeholder status reporting, team ceremonies, production issue resolution, and continuous process improvement. The role requires Scrum team management, business requirements definition, software development experience, UI/UX collaboration, strong communication, and EU-time-zone availability in a remote-first environment.

Plans and executes full-scope red team and adversary emulation operations, including phishing, C2, privilege escalation, lateral movement, EDR/XDR evasion, Active Directory and cloud compromise, and social-engineering scenarios. Develops custom offensive tooling, collaborates with Blue Teams to validate detections, documents attack chains, and provides remediation guidance. Requires 5+ years of offensive security experience, advanced scripting skills, and recognized offensive security certifications, with bug bounty or CTF achievements preferred.

Lead and own global payments operations, metrics, fraud prevention, risk and compliance. Collaborate with product and engineering, recruit and manage distributed payments teams, investigate fraud, optimise acceptance and conversion, and act as primary partner with payment networks to resolve production issues.

Build and productionize ML systems for personalization, search, and recommendations. Apply statistical and ML models using Python and SQL, collaborate with stakeholders, and measure business impact across cloud environments.

Develop mobile-first, responsive Vue.js frontends focused on performance and UX. Build frontend management systems, participate in code reviews and team ceremonies, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with backend teams.

Own QA for web and mobile releases: write and run manual and automated tests (web, mobile, API), build test frameworks, improve CI, track issues, mentor teammates, and influence requirements and quality processes.
