Leads the commercial legal function for an AI networking infrastructure company. Responsibilities include structuring and negotiating customer, supplier, technology, licensing, manufacturing, procurement, and strategic partnership agreements; advising executives on commercial, intellectual property, privacy, security, and regulatory risks; and partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain. The role also builds scalable contracting processes, templates, playbooks, approval frameworks, self-service tools, and legal technology infrastructure, with potential to manage a growing team.

Leads the legal function across a complex, multi-entity California organization. Advises CEOs, executives, boards, and affiliated entities on corporate, commercial, contracts, governance, regulatory, real estate, risk, and business matters. Oversees outside counsel, supports healthcare and senior living operations, manages enterprise legal risks, and provides strategic guidance across nonprofit, investment, insurance, and property-related activities.

Lead the legal function for a growing deep-technology company, advising the CEO, executive team, and Board on governance, financing, commercial agreements, infrastructure development, intellectual property, government contracting, and compliance. The General Counsel will manage and develop a legal team, oversee outside counsel, support commercialization and strategic partnerships, and build scalable legal processes, policies, technology, and capabilities.
