Coordinates daily studio and facilities operations, including reception, access provisioning, desk allocations, supplies, vendors, building issues, purchasing, events, travel support, and health and safety programs. Serves as a welcoming point of contact for employees and guests while supporting the hybrid workplace and internal guilds and clubs. The role requires five-day in-person work in Burnaby and involves administrative coordination, contractor liaison, documentation, and studio-wide communications.

Lead development of end-to-end environment pipelines and editor tooling for a UE5 AAA project. Solve PCG, performance, and landscape workflow challenges using Houdini, LiDAR, Gaea and custom tools while collaborating across art and engineering teams.

Build and optimize gameplay systems in UE5 using C++ and Blueprints. Participate in code reviews, collaborate across disciplines, identify/fix bugs and performance issues, and independently deliver software while mentoring and learning new technologies.
