Generalist HR role leading Vancouver HR and office team. Responsible for employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, payroll and benefits, HR analytics (Power BI), compliance, learning and development, talent management, and contributing to global HR programs and process improvements.

Support FA&A by maintaining and analyzing long-term forecasts and cash flows, preparing board and stakeholder presentations, performing scenario and ad hoc analyses (including occasional treasury work), and developing data visualizations to communicate financial insights and support decision-making.
