Technical lead for ServiceNow platform engineering focused on ITSM and ITAM (HAM Pro/SAM Pro). The role involves stakeholder relationship management, partner enablement, forecasting, reporting, industry events, and collaboration across internal teams. Success is measured by new partner acquisition, pipeline creation, revenue generation, onboarding, engagement, and achievement of business objectives.

Develops and manages legal publications in print and online formats. Responsibilities include coordinating manuscript submissions, reviewing content for guideline compliance and accuracy, providing author feedback, recruiting and replacing authors, managing publication schedules, and building relationships with legal practitioners, academics, judges, librarians, and other partners. The role also supports internal departments and uses AI-enabled tools and LLMs in daily content and analysis workflows.

Manage and coordinate a portfolio of legal publications (French and English), liaise with and recruit authors, oversee manuscript delivery and publication schedules, contribute to translations, and support internal teams while using AI tools to develop and refine content.

Coordinate end-to-end execution of new business and renewal deals from Agree to Closed-Won. Manage pipeline at the Agree stage, resolve blockers, update close dates, run pipeline reviews, maintain Salesforce/Chatter records, gather missing order details, obtain approvals, and liaise with sales, legal, operations and account support to drive timely deal closure and process improvements.

Create, review, and maintain practical legal content (practice notes, checklists, precedents) for Canadian Capital Markets and Public M&A. Monitor legal developments, manage practitioner relationships, inform content strategy, collaborate cross-functionally on product development, and support sales and training activities.
