Perform outside route sales to grow product distribution and merchandising at assigned off-premise accounts. Manage customer relationships, upsell inventory, cooler space and displays, maintain equipment, monitor competitors, meet monthly sales and distribution targets, and collaborate across the organization to protect and build the Red Bull brand.

Lead and develop a regional on-premise sales team to execute national strategy, optimize territory coverage, build customer relationships, implement promotions and incentives, coach and train staff, recruit and evaluate candidates, and allocate resources to drive sales growth and profitability across British Columbia with frequent field presence and distributor collaboration.

Support sales initiatives by training with senior Account Sales Managers, covering routes, managing Red Bull products in accounts, maintaining relationships, ensuring proper product rotation and equipment upkeep, monitoring competitors, meeting monthly KPIs, and operating forklifts and commercial vehicles. Eligible for base salary plus commission bonus.

The Account Sales Manager manages outside sales and relationships with accounts, increases product sales, and evaluates competitors while meeting sales goals.
