Develop full-stack features using Node.js, TypeScript, React, and AWS; build REST APIs, integrations, database queries, ETL jobs, and data migrations. Support AI and LLM features, RAG solutions, Microsoft automations, testing, CI/CD, secure coding, and Agile delivery. Collaborate with senior engineers on internal and client-facing projects while contributing to reporting, dashboards, and existing .NET applications.

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and candidate engagement. Partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS and HRIS records, support HR initiatives, and represent RAM at career fairs and networking events. The role requires strong communication, organization, relationship-building, discretion, and experience with recruitment tools and channels.

Maintain project documentation and document control systems throughout design, construction, commissioning, close-out, and handover. Responsibilities include managing drawings, technical documents, transmittals, RFIs, revisions, filing structures, distribution logs, access permissions, quality reviews, user training, issue investigations, reporting, and archiving. The role supports internal teams, clients, contractors, and external stakeholders while ensuring documentation remains accurate, accessible, compliant, and current.

Leads complex infrastructure, utilities, transportation, energy, municipal, and capital projects from planning through execution. Manages clients, stakeholders, multidisciplinary teams, budgets, schedules, risks, procurement, project controls, reporting, and construction or owner’s representative assignments. Supports project delivery and program initiatives across British Columbia and beyond.
